"I’m a 60. I ordered and started using these pills to get rid of a few stubborn pounds around my waistline.
In the beginning, I lost some noticeable weight but it stopped. The reason being, I wasn’t feeling well at the time of taking these capsules and was lying down most of the time. You need to be active and drink a lot of water in order to keep losing the weight. Otherwise, the content of the pills gets stored in your liver rather than working property as it’s supposed to do.

"I haven’t lost weight, but I do have more energy and focus. I have found if I take them before I get hungry in the morning than they curb my appetite. I have to take them immediately after getting up with coffee. They curb my appetite well into the afternoon. However I found I end up eating bigger portions towards dinner. I think with diet and exercise these could work, but they are no magical diet pill that melts the pounds away. I did realize I was more focused and got more done when I take them.
